Sell a PVT

When a user clicks “sell” for any pool, this modal is triggered if secondary mode has been activated
User can see price for the sale of the PVT, the current USDC balance for the user and their current PVT balance
When user clicks “sell” it triggers the Freighter App review & sign flow (same as buy flow, illustrated earlier)
Sell transactions for the same “X” (defined earlier) will always be at a lower price than the buy at the same “X”, so iterative buying and selling of the same PVT will generate “spread revenue” for the pool
