• Note the “Current X” column indicates how many PVTs are outstanding in the pool following the transaction

• The purchase of the X = 3 PVT will result in current X showing 3

• The sale of the X = 3 PVT will result in current X showing 2 (as that is how many are outstanding after the transaction)
