Pool List & Wallet Balance after Withdraw Funds action

• Once the pool is stopped and the treasury balance is withdrawn by the pool creator, the pool remains in the UI but shows 0 treasury

• Note the USDC balance for the Freighter Wallet on the top right reflects the updated balance after the pool treasury transaction completed
